BV Boekhouding
A clear view of your holding company’s administration.
BV Boekhouding is a web application for the financial administration of a Dutch holding company. You work from bank transactions and sales and purchase invoices. Each entry becomes a balanced journal posting on its own chart of accounts with RGS codes. From that follow the trial balance, the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, quarterly VAT and draft annual accounts.

What a holding company needs
The application is set up for the current account with the director and major shareholder, the dividend resolution with a distribution test, the corporation-tax estimate, liquidity and the handover to the accountant. Sales invoices follow article 35a of the Dutch VAT Act. The VAT return and the EU sales listing are calculated and reconciled; filing happens outside the application.
Control and handover
Changes are recorded, a month or quarter is closed in a hash chain, and every report line can be traced back to the journal entry, the transaction and the receipt. The print centre bundles the selected reports into one PDF. The export includes the receipts and the change log.
Where the accountant remains leading
BV Boekhouding delivers the figures, the reports and the trail. Adopting the annual accounts and filing the returns stay with the accountant or the entrepreneur.
