Aira (AI-PA)
Your digital PA, running locally
Aira (AI-PA) is an AI assistant for the owner-manager who no longer wants to keep inbox, calendar and task list in their head — and who does not want a monthly bill from a cloud vendor. Open-source models, running on your own hardware: the knowledge stays in-house, and so do the costs.

Approach
Learns from the user
A clear day ahead
Aira (AI-PA) gathers what matters from multiple sources and turns it into a usable daily briefing — short, practical, without the noise.
A finger on the pulse
Tasks and deadlines stay in view, and important emails get attention before they slip through the cracks.
Learns from you
How you prioritise, what you respond to, what you leave aside. Aira (AI-PA) adapts, instead of forcing a fixed template on you.
Just talk
No commands to memorise. You speak to the assistant in ordinary language — typing is possible, but not required.
What Aira (AI-PA) covers by default
Email, tasks and calendar are built in. Aira (AI-PA) pulls information from those sources and supports the user — typically the owner-manager — with a daily briefing and a finger on the pulse. Not everything at full volume, but in time: what is due, what is coming, and which messages truly need attention. You talk to it in ordinary language — typing is optional.
Open system, plugins
Aira (AI-PA) is not a closed box. It is an open system with plugin support, so you can connect extra sources and devices. One example: Home Assistant — so the PA does not only see mail and calendar, but also what is going on at home or in the office.
Why local
Commercial AI assistants are convenient, until the bill climbs and your data sits with a third party. Aira (AI-PA) is built to avoid that: open-source models on local hardware, so you keep costs under control and the information stays in-house.
Who this is for
For entrepreneurs and owner-managers who want a PA that thinks along, without depending on a cloud service. Interested, or have a specific use case? Feel free to get in touch.
